Mission with ESATs
At the house of ROSEGOLD , we believe that a brand is much more than just a company. Branding goes far beyond business or profitability, branding must impact its customers, its audience, its time. It must convey a mission and commitments to which its audience must be able to identify and associate.
The brand must therefore take advantage of its visibility and its omnipresence to convey positive messages contributing to a better world. We believe that as a brand we have a social responsibility. This is why we have decided to use structures that hire disabled personnel to carry out our packaging operations.
Today we work with 3 ESATs ( Establishment or Work Assistance Service) and employ nearly a hundred disabled workers who take care of: of packaging, of sleevage , boxing and palletizing of products ROSEGOLD .
The people who carry out our packaging operations do a remarkable job and we thank them for that. This video is therefore a tribute to their work, a call for tolerance, and an encouragement to live together.
