If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 10 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to contact@rosegoldparis.com, we will give you the address or send us back your item for free.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return a product, you must send us an email to the address: Contact@rosegoldparis.com, we will give you the address or return it. You can also contact customer service at 0184804087.
If you are located in France you will not need to pay to return your item we will provide you with a free reply address requiring you to pay the costs in advance.
If you are located outside France, return costs will be your responsibility.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

ARTICLE 1 – PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

ARTICLE 4 – SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. Your data is stored on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your order. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

ARTICLE 5 – SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES

_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Calculates the number of visits to a store by a unique customer.
cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about your shopping cart.
_secure_session_id, unique session identifier
storefront_digest, unique token, undefined If the store has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.

By entering your phone number at checkout and initiating a purchase, subscribing via our subscription or a keyword, you agree that we may send you SMS notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and marketing SMS offers. Marketing text messages will not exceed 10 per month. You can unsubscribe from any other text messages by clicking on the unsubscribe link. Sending text messages or using automations requires you to pass the recipients' phone numbers or names to our importer. We will store and use this data to show you campaign analytics and results, including message delivery status, sending status, and in some cases, whether the purchase resulted in a sale. If you decide to use our link shortener in text messages, we will collect information about whether or not the link was clicked and use it to display the results in your analytics. Any other third party services you may decide to use outside the scope of smsbump.com (third party link shortener, GA tracking, etc) you will be referred to their specific third party policies which you must accept. When sending text messages, we will pass the data to our text message carrier to complete their delivery. The information is only shared with our carrier at the time of initiating a marketing campaign.
