Yes, you can track your delivery directly from the "TRACK MY ORDER" tab. Or via the order tracking link, sent in the shipping email. ps: The tracking button in the shipping confirmation email may take a few hours to be functional.
We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image of the damaged item in question to the following email address: Contact@rosegoldparis.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as quickly as possible.
Delivery is free for purchases over €60. Below this amount it is charged €4.90.
Our serums are manufactured in ILE-DE-FRANCE and our head office is located in PARIS.
We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their online items.
