1/ Makeup removal: the first step is not the least

If there is one step that you should not miss to keep beautiful skin, it is removing your make-up. Imagine the amount of impurities that your face has been subjected to during the day: sweat, sebum, dust, wind, sun, make-up that contains allergens, etc. All of these elements stick to your skin and promote its oxidation.

Once you get home, and before slipping under the covers, it is important to remove your makeup in the evening, it is during the night that your skin regenerates and renews itself. The recipe is very simple, add hot water little by little to form a paste. Mix gently before applying on the skin of the face and neck for 10 to 15 minutes.

  • Soothing Banana Mask

This mask is your ally to regulate excess sebum, you will need a very ripe banana, a teaspoon of honey, and a tablespoon of orange juice.

Mash the banana in a bowl and add the honey. Apply the paste on your face and let it sit for about ten minutes. Rinse it off with lukewarm water.

  • Green clay mask

5/ Night cream

Night is the special time when our skin cells regenerate, to have a radiant complexion. It is necessary to apply a moisturizing night cream to stimulate cellular activity during sleep, and fight against skin aging.
